How to Buy

 Payment Methods: 

  • Credit Card payments through Paypal (recommended)
  • Check payments through Paypal (allow 5 - 7 days before order is shipped)
  • Cash on Delivery ($10.00 charge)
  • Direct Deposit into our Account (details provided with order)

Simply select one of these options when checking out and complete your order.

Ordering Procedure:

  • If you do not already have an account with us, you will be asked to register during checkout. Existing customers will only need to enter their login information.
  • Your billing information will be asked. (The name and address of the person purchasing - This will also be the default shipping address)
  • Method of shipping. (Default will be TNT 2 - 3 Days,
  • Payment method. (Paypal is the default) - Paypal will collect your credit card information and process the order. Upon completion, we will ship your item(s) t within the avalable time stated for the product.

Note that registering is needed in order to purchase from us. Once registered, you can use your login information for future purchases without re-entering your information again.

We encourage International customers to contact us before placing an order to ensure correct shipping information. Neither OVOD Mobility, or the shipping carrier will be responsible for custom taxes, lost, or damage of items shipped Internationally.

 DAMAGED GOODS / RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All items sold through our online shop are carefully inspected before being transported.

 Any item that has to be returned to Ovod Mobility Equipment .Com must have a Returns Authorization ( RA ) number. The RA number is issued by Ovod Mobility Equipment.com when you contact us via email, with your request to return an item.

 Any items found to be defective or sent in error, will require an RA number and will be collected by Ovod Mobility Equipment.Com .Upon inspection  the item or defective part  will be replaced and the merchandise retuned.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WHEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE AS IT WILL SAVE TIME AND MONEY.

Prior to returning any goods we require you to email Ovod Mobility Equipment with details of the return so that we can email you a Returns Authorization (RA) number.  Write this RA number clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.  Items returned without a RA number may be sent back to you.

  •  All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, including all instructions and documentation and all items must be in new condition in order to be resold.
  •  Items being returned that are defective or sent by mistake after we are informed, and a RA number is issued, will have all return cost paid for by Ovod Mobility Equipment.Com For all other returns the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Please insure your package / merchandise when it is being returned in case it is lost or damaged.  

 In the event that you are unsatisfied with the merchandise and have notified Ovod Mobility .Com via email and have received your RA number and the merchandise is returned with 30 days in its original packaging in perfect condition Ovod Mobility.com will refund your credit card or send a refund cheque, depending on  the method used to purchase the merchandise. However you are responsible for the cost & insurance for returning the goods to us.
